You can book a Virtual Birthday Package in three (3) easy steps

4. Filling out your billing details
5. Pay with PayPal

That’s it. An invoice and details of your booking will be sent to your email.

Our store support PayPal Payments, upon confirming checkout you will be redirected to PayPal to process your payment.

If you created an account when you made the booking, click here to view your bookings; otherwise check your email for booking details.

Yes, we do facilitate reschedules. Email us to confirm a reschedule for your desired date.

In certain cases, we may not be able to accommodate a reschedule because of a filled booking slot. If this should occur, we will notify you of your available options.

You may cancel your booking with 3 days before the start start; a 50% refund will be given. You may login or email us to process a refund.

Yes, refunds are processed upon the cancellation of a booking; otherwise where deemed appropriate. Please allow up to a maximum of 14 days business days, for refunds to be fully processed.
